“Ice” Guild

Ice 3/8M & 8/8HC

Is a semi-hardcore raiding guild based out of Nordrassil. However unconfirmed sources claim we PUG our top guild runs because we cheat.

We are currently looking for Range DPS, but will entertain exceptional players in other roles.

What do we mean by "semi-hardcore"?
As a semi-hardcore guild, we do not raid 9 days a week and expect blood sacrifices every fortnight, but we do expect the best from our people, we raid 2 nights a week but want to make the most of our time doing so. We do not expect to be the Realm 1st of anything, but we want to clear Mythic content comfortably.

So when do we raid?
Ice raids Wednesdays and Sundays - 8:00 Server Time to 11:00 Server Time. We may add additional raid days to the calendar if demand is substantial that are not required to attend. Raid Invites go out 15 minutes before start time.

What do we expect of you?
- Fun but serious attitude - We like to joke but know when to knuckle down.
- 2/2 Attendance - The odd day off is acceptable if unavoidable.
- Prepared for raids - Know tactics, bring flasks/pots/food/tomes to each raid.
- Intent to progress - Prepare for wipe nights and be ready for Mythic content.
- Willingness to learn - Be able to hear criticism and take advice.

WARNING - We will on occasion approach players within the connected realms to see if joining our guild is appealing to them. This is generally considered a scumbag move by people too insecure or confident to keep hold of their own players.
