“Empire VII” Guild

- Welcome to Empire VII:
"Empire VII" is a casual raiding guild on Ragnaros EU that raids 2 nights per week. Casual doesn't mean we can't progress or do end game content. We will try to clear the highest possible content but with less hours. The leaders of Empire VII have always kept a high standard in participating in all guild activities.
We have a zero tolerance policy on negative behaviour not only within in the guild, but also when interacting with people outside of the guild in open forums (battle.net, trade-chat, etc.). Even though we're not the biggest guild raiding nor reputation wise, we would like to keep a hold of what reputation we have built up.

- Community:
Empire VII is a friendly, openminded guild with room for everyone, but our mindset for raids is abit more serious and we expect our raiders to maintain focus and perform while we raid. Our community is just as important to us as our raiding progress. We believe that it is achieveable to run a guild with a serious raiding and progression mindset, but with a sociable side outside of raids.

- What do we want to achieve:
We want to have a casual raiding environment with a group of raiders capable of focusing and progressing through Heroics or Mythics. We are not aiming to become a top guild with world and server first kills, nor do we want to create a massive reputation. We want to enjoy the content of the game with everyone in the guild.

- Raiding Schedule:
Current raiding days are: Wednesday and Sunday 19:00 ST till 23:00 ST.

- Language:
We are an english speaking guild both in and outside of raids, in order to participate in our raids, you need to be able to both speak and understand english.

- Attitude:
You have to treat everyone with respect to expect respect likewise. We do not accept bad attitudes both in and outside of the guild, you need to have a respectable attitude when interacting with the guild, but also when interacting with people who aren't in Empire VII. Loot drama is not acceptable, loot will be distributed fairly as said above and we expect raiders to respect loot decisions.

- Experience:
Raiding experience would always be ideal when applying for any guild, although we don't mind you having no experience at all. We do really like you to do the best you can to teach yourself the basics of the current raid. We are not going to "boost" you through raids. You need to get yourself up to raidready and join on the trial nights.

- Attendance:
Attendance is very important to us as a casual progression guild, and we expect a 90%+ raid attendance from our Progression raiders, though we are of course aware that there will be times where our raiders are unable to raid.


- Communication:
We use Team Speak 3 for voice communication, and we expect everyone to come with a working microphone and the abillity to both speak and understand english to a certain degree.
