“Allied” Guild

About Us: "Allied" is a new formed guild which is aiming to focus on Mythic progression in a friendly and semi-hardcore atmosphere. We are a bunch of friends who used to play together and decided to establish our own guild. While we're mainly focused on raiding, we also do mythic keys, alt runs, PvP and achievement runs.
Our Goals: Focusing on Mythic progression and getting the cutting edge and enjoying the game together as a group of friends.
What We Need:
DPS: Range: Warlocks, Mages, Hunters and Elemental Shamans.
Melee: Rogues.
Healers: Disc Priests, Resto Shamans.
Tank: Blood DK.
IF your class is not mentioned here, we always consider exceptional players^^
Raid Schedules: Our raids are on Monday and Wednesday each week from 19:45 to 23:00 ST. (And an optional day for HC or alt runs.)
Our Expectations: Due to the fact that we're mainly raiding on two days a week, attendance is the most important thing for us. Besides, players are needed to be completely ready at least 30 minutes before the raid (having all the required consumables, fixing talents, etc). Dedication is another important requirement that a player must have. Knowing your own class perfectly and being updated with all the recent changes. Being familiar with the raid mechanics and boss abilities. Respecting every guild members and opening up to criticism for better outcomes.
