“Disruption” Guild

Disruption is primarily a PvE guild focused on raiding current tiers, while pushing mythic dungeons between raids to further better ourselves. We clear Heroic every tier, with the aim to progress as much as we can into Mythic.

We might be what you're looking for, if you're looking for these qualities:
▪ Progress Heroic at the start of a tier and as far as we can into Mythic until the next tier.
▪ No clicks, we encourage every guild member to be inclusive and welcoming to new faces for activities such as m+, pvp, watch-parties or just hanging out on voice.
▪ Be in company of other raiders who also eagerly seek to push further and higher in M+.
▪ Mature environment, where most of your peers are 20-30+ years old.
▪ Aim high, with focus on having fun yet keeping a serious focus on the task at hand.

The team is led by experienced mythic raiders, and a guild leader with management experience since the launch of World of Warcraft. The chase for Cutting Edge can often be a testing experience, not only by performance but also emotionally. We focus on disrupting that experience with working together to build each other up, instead of bottling up our frustrations.

What we're looking for in you as a player:
▪ You love to raid and enjoy progression and overcoming its challenges.
▪ You're independent and communicative, that you actively prepare for new encounters and seek self-improvement from one week to the next, and enjoy being a team-player.
▪ You seek to focus on the important aspects of a fight (mechanics) even if it comes at the cost of your parses. (Though we do have fun parse-hunting on bosses we've got on farm!)
▪ Near 100% attendance, and will communicate ahead of time if you need a day off.
▪ A stable internet connection.
▪ Clear, functional microphone with minimal to no background noise/static.
▪ You enjoy the game enough to not raid-log.
