“Eximius” Guild

Greetings!

Eximius is a fairly new Guild to Silvermoon EU with high goals and big aims. We are Cocurrently aiming for a notable world ranking spot while proceeding to progress ingame at a fast rate. Eximius was put together by 20-25 raiders from various realms reaching all over europe around 6weeks ago. The players recruited were of exceptional quality and we plan to continue our recruitment in the same manner of Dedication/Skill/Experience > Gear. This has come back and bit us in the backside a few times but we remain resolute.

Our Guild takes a minimilist approach, we currently have 25raiders without any backups and some of said raiders are not 100% reliable. We require a near 100% attendance from our raiders and at a push, a minimum of 90%.

Eximius raid schedule is as follows;

Mondays 20:00-24:00
Tuesday 20:00-24:00
Wednesday 20:00-24:00
Thursday 20:00-24:00
Sunday 20:00-24:00

10mans usually take place at the following times, but are generally spontanious;

Wednesday 24:00-02:00
Thursday 24:00-02:00
Friday 19:00-04:00
Saturday Anytime
Sunday Anytime

These are the approximate times our 10mans could take place, anytime between what is stated above.


Do not be afraid to apply if you think your something special or an exceptional player, or have something to offer Eximius. We are always reluctant to let a good catch pass us by!


Things you should know about Eximius;

* Your expected to raid with a near 100% raid attendance, 90% minimum, not doing so will result in a demote or kick.

* When unable to attend a raid you are expected to post on forums or sms/call the sign out phone. Again, failing to do so will result in a demote or kick.

* You shall not in anyway draw complaints towards the Guild due to your behavoir, may this be chatting in trade, disrupting other players gameplay, or flaming/arguing/harrassing. Any breaking of this rule will result in a warning or immediate kick depending on the severity of the accusation and proof.

* Eximius does not have a militairy style raid enviroment, you will not be screamed at on vent, but you will be named and shamed. Everyone is a noob at some point, consistant failure will not be tolerated though. We expect each player to be mature 99% of the time especially during raids. No one will be holding your hand!

* You must be able to take critisism, it won't be harsh unless it has to be. No one plays a game to be humiliated, you will be spoken to in whisper unless the situation calls for otherwise. * Eximius members are very social people and love to hang around on vent and talk about Obama, Aion, Gnomish torture and other topics, any applicant must be able to speak English adequetly and be social!

* Eximius has a few issues on recruiting players who do not seem like they have the drive and dedication to play. We won't recruit you if you are a guild hopper, unless you can give extremely good reasons to why you have changed guild alot recently. We will not recruit you if you seem like you could be quitting in the next 6months either. Also, we would downright decline you if we think you are a consistant reroller.



A few things that will give you alot more chance of being accepter are;

* WWS / WOL / WMO - Sooner or later players will just be declined immediatly if an app doesn't have this information involved, we have no other means of assessing how you play.
* PTR experience in the latest content is a big plus. You must be willing to use PTR with us in the future alongside with Cataclysm Beta, which we shall provide.
* Having exceptional gear is always a plus, but we use a loot council and gearing you up will not be skin of our own back. Be warned though, we will not gear someone up if we do not think they are worth the trouble.
* The bigger the application the bigger your p.. Well yea, i get bored at night and a good auto-biography of someones ingame experiences passes the time. You get the jist, anything so short that it takes me longer to read the questions than your answers is an instant decline.
