“Simplicious” Guild

My goal here is to form a guild made up of exceptional members with whom i will be aiming to realm top 100 guilds, and then just keep moving up!

What am I looking for ?

There are certain traits which i am looking for in each and every single player without any exceptions:

Capable and are able to dedicate their time to learning tactics and new strategies

Able to offer their own point of view/opinion on the situation

Are able to asses their weaknesses and improve upon; whether that is class or mechanical

Can attend all 3 days of the week during the first 4 weeks of the Mythic difficulty release, whether that is during the weekday or weekend. Without any excuses.

What can you expect or get out of this guild?

As with every guild and every member of the wow community every person seeks something different, some look for friends to raid and progress with, where as others look for enjoyment during their free time; this guild will be there to fill out the blank holes in your needs, as soon as the core raiding team is filled and is progressing i will look into building teams of Boosters, and PvP players once we become more established. This will offer you a great opportunity to play with larger range of players from different backgrounds.

Ofcourse as every member of the guild will be handpicked you can expect some great social players, who will be there for you, whether that will be social need or progressive in-game :)

You can expect this guild to be progressive and offer you the opportunity to participate in acquiring the title of Famed slayer.

Requirement:

Previous Raiding experience.

Able to use discord, has a microphone and can communicate in English Language

Friendly and Social

Patient

Can accept criticism, and learn/improve upon it.

Attendance of 3/3 during the first weeks of raid release without excuses; attendance of 2/3 is only acceptable once per month and only after full mythic progression has been completed - I would also request that if you wont be planning to come to the raid on a certain day, to let me know at least 2-3 days beforehand.

Raiding Times/Days:
Wednesday, Sunday, Monday from 20:00 to 23:30
( this may change when we are aiming for the top 100 and we are needed to progress more, for example Monday will be replaced with Thursday; this means raids would take place: Wednesday Thursday, Sunday.
