Who are we?

The Inner Circle are an old Alliance guild with roots going back to TBC and a strong, stable core to show for it. Our raid environment strives to be fun but always focused, with the aim to clear all content as fast as possible while raiding 3 days a week. We've been based on The Maelstrom but with the changing times and dwindling server populations for EU Alliance players we have decided to transfer to Silvermoon for Shadowlands to facilitate the maintenance of our roster.


What are we currently looking for?

We are not currently recruiting any specific class or spec.

That being said, exceptional applicants are always welcome - we want to go strong into Shadowlands, so if you feel you can compete with our current raiders, do not hesitate to send an application!

Any spots advertised will always be for the main progression team and you will be heavily prioritised based on your performance. Don't assume this means you will always get a spot, but we will always find a way for you to get play time with each tier.


Our philosophy

Raid spots are granted to players based on a combination of performance and attendance. If you are not consistently available for the bosses that your spec is very powerful for, then don't expect to have concessions made for you on other encounters. Likewise, if you are unable to outperform other players in the same role or spec then the composition will generally be built to reflect that - we always strive to reward the players who are consistently strong.

If you can prove your ability, The Inner Circle will make room for a player of any spec; just know that this is judged by a mixture of attitude and a little bit of flexibility with your raid spots - the goal is always for the guild to succeed and you will be a part of that.


Raid schedule (Server Time/CET)

One of the most important factors for raids are stability, and as such we emphasise that players are able to consistently attend the majority of all raid nights on time. This also includes being able to stay for the entire raid (though there are intermittent breaks throughout all of our raid times so players aren’t forced to sit still for the entire evening). If you don’t feel you could do this reliably, this will most likely be a dealbreaker.

Thursday: 20:00 - 24:00
Sunday: 20:00 - 24:00


Invites start 15 minutes before the aforementioned raid start time. That means we have a 15 minute gathering up period before the first pull to sort out the raid, allow for people logging on late, setup adjustments and other nuances. We encourage people to be outside the raid instance prior to invites so as to be mentally prepared for the mindset of raiding from the first pull.


Where do I apply?

If you consider yourself exceptional and feel you can challenge our current raiders, then do not let our class-based recruitment hinder you, we welcome the opportunity to integrate top quality players into our roster. Gear and logs are typically not an issue - the transfer fee is your money: if you think you can prove yourself in a trial we will usually give you one. However, do note that during progression we will not be farming old content (or any content) to gear you up - if you apply during progression you will need to have sufficient gear to dive into new content and logs to prove your ability.
