“Didnt make the cut” Guild

Who are we ?
Guild is created at the start of Legion. Made by people who enjoy the game and have fun while raiding. We want to keep the fun in our guild and make progress. We started out little hitting about rank 70 in heroic Emerald Nightmare, soon after hit rank 30 with Emerald Nightmare mythic and are currently in the top 20 for Nighthold mythic on this server.

What do you need to know?
First we want you to be knowledgeable about your character as in specialization and capabilities, you must have a good understanding of how everything works for your class and be able to execute it well enough.
We do not ask for high end parses such as high 80 to 90's, but, just good enough to progress trough the current tier we are progressing in.

Second we ask people to sign up and attend raids preferably with an attendance rate of 85 to 90%. When you cannot make a raid please contact one of the officers or send a private message on our guild discord why you can't come.

Raid rules?
Our raid rules are pretty standard. Show up with positive attitude and don't bring anyone needlessly down, pointing out mechanical mistakes is fine, but do not personally target a player, go to one of the officers and we will take care of it.
During a boss fight we ask people to be quiet and only let the designated people call the shots, unless you really need to call out something that regards the fight like a certain debuff on you that is fine.

Mistakes are allowed and we will try to fix out any issues that may play, some people just might have a bad day.

Make sure to respect every guildmember and when you feel unrespected please notify the officers/guildmaster so we can bring up the issue

Loot rules
For our loot distribution we use lootcouncil, it is therefore required for you to have the RClootcoucil addon. The lootcouncil contains several officers including GM with each week a new core player that can vote on the items. To keep it fair officers that want an item will not be able to vote on their own item. Items that are distributed are being voted on points like BiS, raid attendance and optimization of overall raid dps. When not satisfied with the outcome please go to one of the officers that will explain the choice, as the loot is discussed in a channel before giving it out.

As a trial you have the least priority on loot, however that does not mean you cannot gain loot in your trial period as we also look at what current core raiders have. Based on attendance, performance and attitude, the trial will be 1-3 weeks. Every week we will discus things with you what goes well and what does not.


Raid days
We raid at Wednesday Thursday and Monday from 19.30 - 22:30
We also have optional raid days at any other day depending on demand, things like social runs and alt runs.
