The Guild "One Last Try" was formed on the 12.04.2017 out of
the consolidation of the two Guilds "Blue Mist" and
"Transcendence".
General Information:
We’re a semi-hardcore yet dedicated mythic raiding guild with the clear goal to clear the current content while maintaining a healthy raid and team environment.
Competing with other guilds is secondary as long as we clear the content in a timely fashion.We believe (and have seen) that the ‘rank’ on a server and in world comes in a natural way following this mentality.
If you’re looking for a mix of competition, the mythic raid challenge and a fun team, you’ve found the right guild for you.
Raid-Times:
Monday: 19:30-23:00
Wednesday: 19:30-23:00
Thursday: 19:30-23:00
Recruitment:
Currently we are not actively recruiting. However all exceptional applications will be considered.
What we expect:
-A stable internet connection and a computer that has no problems to run raids. We do not wish to deal with constant DCing of players and / or complaints about low FPS.
-Full understanding of your class and spec. Be ready to be questioned about this if you apply.
-The ability and knowledge of when to switch from a less serious, joking behavior to a more raid appropriate one.
-A clean and structured UI with all mandatory raid addons. We’ll ask for screenshots if you apply.
-The ability to deal with criticism, see your own failures but also acknowledge them when others points them out to you as well and use the given information to try and better yourself whether it is mechanics or how you play your class.
-Respectful and friendly behavior not only during raid time but also in the general day to day life of the guild. However we ask from everyone to not be offended if a joke isn’t funny for you.
-Sharing a mindset with the rest of the team.
-Able to make the raid schedule during new content and normal content.
If your application is relevant you will be trialed ;via cross realm if need be. This will take place in the form of you joining multiple raids and typically lasts for 2-3 weeks. After that time period we can tell you if you a fit for the team or not.
