FAMOUS ARE BACK AGAIN!
Who are we?
Famous was an alliance guild that started raiding at the beginning of Emerald Nightmare on Sylvanas-EU and then moved horde during Tomb of Sargeras. We are a collection of like-minded individuals set on exploring endgame content in World of Warcraft. We try our best to combine very high standards of play with a pleasant raid environment.
We raid 1 time/week. Our raid tims are 19:00 - 23:00 Tuesdays server time (ST). We expect people to be there, on time and ready to raid. Our priority is to have fun with chilled environment. We allow alts of mains from other guilds to come join us. We're a mix between people who only has time for one day raiding, with high-end players from guilds that have progressed a lot who wants to have some fun on their alts aswell.
We don't push to hard early on, as we're a mix between alts and mains. That way we don't burn out. We rather have fun in raids and overgear content, than push for rankings and drive people insane from wiping too much. We rather not extend raid-lockouts, but we can consider it only if we're close to CE at the end of a tier.
What we require
Famous has a wide range of nationalities in the guild, to work together as a team we have the following expectations of our players:
- Be able to speak English on an understandable level.
- You are a team player. You don’t put your own enjoyment before the raids. In other words, you do your best not screwing other people over with positioning and mechanics.
- Have a competitive mindset, if you're a shitter like our Shammydennis you'll get bantered a lot. Jokes aside, we want you to be knowledgable about your class.
- A good computer with a stable internet connection.
- Be able to take criticism during raids and be vocal on voice chat when required. Calling something out, but only when needed.
- Come fully prepared to raids (consumables, enchants, knowledge, etc.)
- Able to attend our raids to near 95% attendance, and have no need to AFK during the raid hours. If you can’t commit to one day don’t apply here. We're aiming to have a bigger roster, however we'll inform you if you're not needed that night.
Famous will provide you with a relative (to 1-day) high-end raiding content, competitive raiding spots, and a stable raiding environment. We like dark humor and dank memes, but being toxic is not something we want. We want well behaved people to raid with, makes for a more pleasant raid in our opinion.
