Guild History
No Quarter was formed on 16/04/2011 on the realm Aerie Peak-EU as an Alliance guild. When the realm started to die out we took the decision to find a new home on Sylvanas-EU where we moved on 20/05/2013. We raided successfully there for the remainder of Pandaria killing all of the bosses on Heroic (before Mythic came). When Warlords hit we decided to make a change and switched over to Draenor-EU on Horde side. This lasted until the middle of BFA where we decided to move back to Alliance where we raided on Silvermoon-EU for the full duration of Ny'alotha and the start of Castle Nathria. But during both tiers the lack of player base on Alliance started to hinder us, so we have now returned to Horde where we are now plying our trade on Tarren Mill-EU!

We have always been a socially orientated guild that strives to have fun in and outside of raids with lots of friendly players who come and go over the years spanning across multiple expansions. Many of whom after a break from the game often wind up back in the guild to return to the fray and join us on our quest for booty!

Goals
Our goal of each patch is to achieve Cutting Edge clearing all the Mythic content before the next raid tier comes out without raiding a crazy number of days per week. We managed to get Cutting Edge during the first part of Legion and then decided to take an extended break from raiding. We returned to raiding in BFA and came close to getting CE in Ny'alotha but the lack of player base on Alliance stopped us just short of getting the N'zoth kill. We started fresh in Shadowlands and had many old faces return to play with us from across our 10 year history, but since moving to Horde we've got a couple of gaps in our roster still to fill.

We're looking to add some more exceptional players to our raid core for Mythic raids. We are looking for people that have the intellect, agility, strength and elbow-grease to kill big mean things for spoils and booty. Along the way making friends and frenemies on the DPS charts and death meters.

Our Ethos
We are a fairly laid back, socially orientated raiding guild. Above all we want to have focused fun, gaining progress without losing sight of the fact that we are here to have a good time. If you’re looking for a guild that jokes around a lot but still gets things done, then there’s a good chance you would fit in well here.

We respect the fact that people have a life outside Azeroth so if for any reason you can't make a raid we simply ask that where possible you try and let us know in advanced. If you join our raid team we expect you to show up on our raid nights and be able to stay for the full duration.

We always try to provide our raiders with basic materials. We have in the past sold boost runs in order to suplement our guild bank. Where possible we will try to do this as we progress through the raids, all remaining booty and plunder will of course be divided evenly among crew members.

Besides raiding we are an active bunch, busy on Achievements, Rep grinds, doing Oldschool stuff and blasting through Heroics and Mythic plus together. We also enjoy PVP-ing as a guild, both in Rated Battlegrounds and Arena and we would of course welcome any people who would like to join us socially.

We're a tight knit group of people that do a lot of stuff together on and off of WoW. We have nights where we play other games together as a guild and we're mostly looking for people that will fit in and want to be an active part of our growing community.
