Our Plan:
We are currently raiding Heroic, with a view to raid Mythic once Heroic is on farm. However Mythic is not our #1 priority, our aim is to enjoy our time in-game get bosses down but not to the detriment of our own enjoyment.
We also run M+ Keys most evenings when we are not raiding, whilst this is not essential for our members to join in with, its a great oppertunity to get to know eachother and gel with the team.
