Hi there!

Banana Revolution is a casual raiding guild on Thunderhorn. Our approach to raiding is that we tackle the content with a very close-knit team, and really aim to have as much fun as possible while doing so. Our goal is always to kill all raid bosses that are available to us, mythic included, but we really don't care about being server first or anything like that as long as we have steady progression and people are enjoying themselves.

With the release of Warlords Of Draenor, we need to increase our roster for 20-man Mythic raiding. Since our current raiders chose the 10-man format for the raid atmosphere, we were all a bit gutted at first when we heard the news at Blizzcon... But then we thought about it some more and decided that as long as we make sure that ALL our new recruits share the same mentality, raids will still be just as much fun in the new expansion as they are now.

We all understand that raiding is all about teamwork and respect for one another, so you should never hear anyone yelling or berating another member. Everyone makes mistakes every now and then, and that's ok. It is however important that people own up when they do, so that we can all learn from it and move on. How else would we ever get better?

As a progression group we raid 2 nights each week; Monday and Thursday between 20:00-23:00 server time. Many of us have real life commitments and also find that raiding two nights per week keeps the content exciting. Having said that, we realise that two raidnights probably won't keep us in the lead progresswise, but all the same we have a fairly high demand on our players' skill so that we still make decent progress and are keen on new and difficult challenges.

As we're a friendly bunch of people, we've decided against using a loot system, and instead we just roll for gear. Need for main spec, and Greed for offspec. Even though it isn't strictly required, we like to encourage our members to pass for other raiders if it's a bigger upgrade for them, or if the item will be of more use to the raid in the hands of someone else. The mentality we are looking for is Raid Progression > Personal Gain, which will benefit everyone in the end.

Please note that it's possible that this will have to change in a larger raid, but no decisions on what to use instead have been made yet.

We are currently recruiting dps of all classes/specs as well as a few healers. Our current raiders are flexible people, and many are happy to reroll if it will help strengthen our roster. To us it's far more important who the person behind the keyboard is, and we actually decline more applications based on personality than class, gear or anything else.

Your trial, should you be accepted, will begin as soon as possible. Factors to consider is your availability, experience and gear, as well as our needs as a progression guild. We will evaluate your performance as well as your general attitude, as it's very important to us to raid with people who we feel fit our raidteam.

Interested? Head on over to http://www.banana-revolution.com and make your application! Remember, personality is key, so make sure you really spend some time and effort on your application.

If you want to know more about us, feel free to contact me on BattleTag: Day#2998

Oh and pssssst, there is always room for more Social Bananas! If you're a lovely and kickass player who just don't have the time to commit to full scale raiding, feel free to apply anyway. Our legendary drunken Friday night Flexi raids commonly include sexy chocolate, singing Soft Kitty, pervy gollum and yodeling.
