“ImmortaI” Guild

<Immortal> (spelled ImmortaI) is an end-game PVE focused raiding guild. With emphasis on fun, efficient, small-family type guild raiding atmosphere. We do not over-recruit. The roster is kept rather low. There won't be much more than 35 (if any more) raiding members of the guild at anytime. We do not recruit for the bench. If we recruit you, it is in the interest of you being in the main raiding roster. Raid spots are secure, provided you are consistently meeting (or preferably exceeding) the following criteria;

Near perfect raid attendance (You shouldn't miss more than 1-2 raids a month, maximum, on a consistent basis, we understand you might have a vacation or something come up, we just mean, your life shouldn't be so chaotic that you miss a raid every week or two.)

Exceptional raid performance. (You should be excelling in your class bracket. Meaning you should be researching what dps for your class are pulling on fights via WoWmeteronline and things of this nature. You should be doing your best to AIM TO BE ON their high dps meters. we do not expect you to be leading all of them, however, we do expect it to not be because you're lacking effort. You should be very aware in raids of what is going on, self reliant, meaning you do not need things like "YOU'RE STANDING IN A VOID ZONE" called out for you. You should be able to react with us well in fights. We do raids at times with NO ventrilo to ensure people understand fights alone and not just rely on the raid leads to assist them. So this is important)

Great attitude and interact positively with the ENTIRE guild. We have absolutely no tolerance at ALL for drama. You are bound to be upset with someone in the guild at some point. We do not expect this to be at all present in-chat, in raids, in any public forum or manner. You are expected to act and behave like an adult and work things out calmly if you have disagreements or simple agree to disagree and not let it escalate to a matter that causes stress or tension for the guild, including the involved parties. You are to represent the guild very well in pugs, on public forums, under any character wearing the guild tag or even known to be affiliated with us. We want the highest respect of the guilds on the realm (and battlegroup) and the people on the realm in-general. Rather than trashing someone that is having an issue, offer advice and assistance. You were new at one point also and probably sucked the big one. You certainly were not as good when you first started wow, as you are now. Remember people didn't all start playing 5-years ago.


RAIDING INFORMATION:

Raid invites go out anywhere between 8:00pm PST and 8:30pm PST. We aim to be pulling as close to 8:30 as possible. As soon as we have enough for the raid that night (IE if it's a 25 man, and we have 25 people on at 8:15, and it is a proper raid make up to make sure the raid is buffed to the fullest extent and balanced, we will be pulling probably at 8:20.

Raid hours and days are as follows;

Monday 8:30pm-11:30pm PST.
Tuesday 8:30pm-11:30pm PST
Wednesday 8:30pm-11:30pm PST
Thursday 8:30pm-11:30pm PST

That translates into 11:30pm-2:30am EST.

You are expected to be able to preferably make all 4 raid nights as often as possible. 3 out of the 4 is acceptable, but realize the better your attendance the more inclined we are to secure your raid spot.

Loot is distributed via means of a loot council made up of the officers of the guild.

We look at many things when choosing the loot;

Attendance
Time in guild
Raid performance (both current and previous)
Consumable use (to enforce you use them!)
Attitude in and out of raids and how you are working with the guild.
Guild rank
Upgrade Quality
Previous Loot you've obtained recently.
How hard you appear to be excelling and putting forth effort in being the best at your class for the guild.
