What we need
As of today we are looking for:
We are taking applications from all skilled players.
Definite spots for
Shadow Priest w/holy or disc OS
Boomkin
1-2 Heals (pref not a druid)
Tank (war/dk/druid preferred)
Why we are recruiting
We did very well in the first tier of raiding given the small amount of time we raided as a group. We are looking to add a couple pieces to our group to really make a good push into Firelands and see Rags legs.
Our current progression is 6/7H in Firelands
We are looking for exceptionally talented and reliable individuals that will not only be a right fit for us, but we, a right fit for you.
What is expected
We expect all our raiders to not only perform to their best, but to keep pushing to get better. We also ask that you keep missed raids to a minimum. We try to keep a small roster, so everyone attending raids consistently will keep bench spots to a minimum.
We also expect trial/new members to prove that they are better than core players to earn a spot on the team.
Who we are
Tradition was founded by and for adult players with a desire to raid on a proficiency level normally reserved for hardcore guilds, but who lack the time that it takes to participate in a truly hardcore 5+days per week raiding schedule due to the constraints that come with living in a real world with family, jobs, and other responsibilities. We raid in the 10 player format, because we like the atmosphere of accountability and familiarity that is hard to find in 25 man raids.

Thur: 8:30-11:30
Sun: 8:30-11:30
Because we as a guild only actively raid for a total of 6-9 hours each week, it is vital that everyone raids at the top of their game every night they attend. We are a friendly, helpful bunch of players, and in return we ask that you read up on strategies and come prepared with consumables and properly itemized gear. We don’t carry bad or unprepared players, but we don’t yell at scream at you in vent either. We’re classy like that.
