“Determined” Guild

Determined is an Horde raiding guild on Hyjal-US. Our mission is to provide a small group of dedicated and experienced players with a fun, mature, and focused place to do what we love––raid.

RAIDER EXPECTATIONS
We want to raid and have fun while do it. Part of how we accomplish this is by raiding with like-minded and equally focused players. As such, we expect our raiders to be:

* Knowledgeable about their class, raid strategies and their role within those raid strategies (we are not a teaching guild)
* Prepared for raid with reagents and flasks, and ready to give 100% at all times
* Armed with repaired gear that is gemmed and enchanted
* Persistent about being the best; performance and meters are reviewed regularly
* Respectful of others with different points of view

RAID SCHEDULE
Tuesdays & Wednesdays 7:00 p.m.-9:30 p.m. PST (invites at 6:50 p.m. PST).

ATTENDANCE
You can miss two raids per month. If raiders foresee being absent for an extended period for real life, they are required to post their unavailability on the forums prior to raid.

GUILD COMMUNICATIONS
All raiders must use Discord during all raid events.

LOOT
Loot is merely one means to the end. It does not define who you are or who you will become. We use the RCLootCouncil mod.
