“Results May Vary” Guild

<Results May Vary> is a lvl 25, ten man raiding guild that reformed within the old guild <Project> that wanted to push for a more progressive experience in the content to come.
We are looking for reliable, dedicated, competent, and mature players that have the drive to play their class/role to its fullest (taking the initiative to learn boss encounters, studying their class, etc.) and patience for progression fights.

Many of our raiders have either downed or experienced 5/16H while a few of us have 7/16H under our belts.
Our raid days are Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday with Mondays reserved as an extra day if needed for progression. Invites are sent out at 7:00pm and raid ends at 10:00pm PST.
We are currently recruiting:
- any exceptional healer pref. with an OS (except a Shaman)
- Mage
- Shadow Priest

Requirements:
- Minimum 485 ilvl (and a strong offspec if mentioned above)
- Proper gemming, enchanting, and reforging
- Experience/knowledge of fights up to what were are currently progressing on
- Ventrilo (a working mic AND willingness to be vocal)
- Attendance (having to pug really throws a wrench in the works so low attendance or having to miss more than a week will result in being replaced)
- Being on time for raid (the later we get started due to waiting on people the less time there is for progression)

Those trialing over the one week period are expected to bring their own flasks and potions (upon obtaining the raider rank: flasks, potions, food, and repairs will be provided).
