“Incoherent” Guild

About Us:
We are a semi-hardcore raiding guild named Incoherent on the Illidan server. Our guild has previously progressed into mythic raiding, and we are an AOTC raid team that has dipped it's toes into mythic progression. Our membership comprises of a healthy mix of former high-end raiders looking for a more relaxed pace, as well as a few players who have joined us in previous mythic raiding and have proven themselves through their dedication and effort.

Who are we looking for?
Our guild is actively looking for raiders who are enthusiastic about advancing guild rank and enjoying the game. We require players with solid mechanics, a positive outlook, a team-oriented approach, and proven experience to join our team. We welcome all players to apply and join our community!

Raid Times:
Thursday/Sunday 8 pm to 11 pm Central/ST

Our trial period lasts for two weeks, during which we expect you to meet the following requirements:
Achieving success in the raid requires personal improvement, preparation, integration with the guild, and perfect attendance during your trial. (Consumables are not provided for trials.)

What you can expect from us:
Our guild believes in solid leadership that treats all members as equals instead of superiors. We value every member equally because we understand that there can be no guild without them. Our primary responsibility is to provide direction and address any issues that may arise to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the guild. Effective communication is at the heart of our success, and we strive to maintain it consistently. We also prioritize raid progression that adheres to our schedule while supporting an excellent raid environment. In addition, we encourage our members to actively participate in our community outside of the raid by engaging in mythic + and alternate content.
