Our leadership has a plethora of Cutting Edge experience and will be striving to achieve Cutting Edge on a limited 8 hour per week schedule.

OOK OOK MELEE is built upon two core principles that drives the leadership forward.
1. Feedback about gameplay mistakes is an important part of raiding in order to progress efficiently in WoW, but feedback must be given in a respectful manner. Raging at people typically does nothing but create a bad raid environment and it is something the guild would like to avoid.
2. Investing in players that are in the guild might seem like an obvious thing to do, but many times up and coming competitive guilds will complain about how they need better players in order to progress further / faster. In OOK OOK MELEE we believe in making players the best they can be if they are willing to put in the time and improve with us. This means in depth log reviews and lots of gameplay feedback so that we can grow and be the best guild we can be.
