“Shttrs Only” Guild

Shttrs Only is a midcore guild in early Mythic progression. We are a pretty laid back group of people coming from many different backgrounds. We like to push keys, raid, and also hang out and play other games outside of WoW.

We are recruiting 3 healers and 3 DPS to complete our Mythic Roster! We raid Tuesday & Wednesday from 7PM- 10PM PST (8PM - 11PM MST, 9PM - 12AM CST (Illidan Server Time), 10PM - 1AM EST). We are currently 8/8H and 2/8M, and have been getting Terros below 50%, having anywhere from 3-6 pugs at a time. As of right now, we are progressing Mythic on Tuesdays, and doing important Heroic bosses on Wednesday (Eranog, Primal Council, Broodkeeper, & Raszageth) until we have a full mythic roster.

Our Goal is to push into Mythic as far as we can in 10.0, and preferably push into late Mythic or CE come 10.1. Therefore, there are some rules and info regarding Raid:

1. There will be a two week (four day) trial period for new members looking to join the main roster. Trials are not required to server transfer until after their trial period. Attendance for the trial period is mandatory. If you do not show up without letting someone know beforehand, you will no longer be considered as a trial.

2. While this is kind of self explanatory & implied, some important addons are required for raid, including:

3. There will be DPS requirements enacted for progression bosses. If you are falling below expectations you will be given a warning with a one week grace period and then benched afterwards if no improvements are made. There are plenty of resources and guild members who are willing to assist you/analyze logs to help with improvement.

4. As part of the main roster, you are required to make 50% of all raid days each month. However, you must give a heads up to an officer (preferably GG or Parodee) if you cannot make it to a raid night. Try to avoid waiting until the last minute or leaving in the middle of raid.

5. One 16+ Key per week will be required. Most of the time, there are plenty of people around after raid/through the week to have a full group for completing keys needed each week. Feel free to reach out for keys at any time in guild or on discord.
