“Synaptic Gaming” Guild

Dear future raiders,

<Synaptic Gaming> is a mythic progression guild that has transferred to Illidan from Mannoroth/Nazjatar/BloodFurnace. We are looking to recruit a solid raid team for progression and currently stand at 2/9M and 9/9H. Our raid days are Tu/Th from 7:30 to 11:00 PM Server Time (Central). We are looking for exceptional melee dps and a restoration shaman. If you meet the standards of a mythic raider, please contact us!

What are the standards of a mythic raider in <Synaptic Gaming>?

1.) The raider is in the instance at 7:30 PM server time and does not leave until 11:00 PM server time with at least 4 flasks, 20 health potions, 40 battle potions, and a vantus rune.
2.) The raider is self-sufficient at gearing themselves up prior to raiding. Having a low item level is unacceptable. Gearing up takes a few days of spamming M+ or pugging raids.
3.) The raider knows all basic aspects of an encounter before zoning into a raid including phases of a boss fight, important boss mechanics, role responsibilities of all members in the raid, and an idea of when to use major cooldowns.
4.) The raider, unless asked to do specific mechanics that would inhibit their DPS or HPS, can pull at least average damage or healing for their class and specialization.
5.) The raider has the ability to learn quickly from mistakes. This basically means that you will not keep dying to the same mechanic pull after pull.
6.) Finally, the raider accepts their mistakes and does not continuously make excuses for blunders. Everyone makes mistakes; but, we need to learn from our errors. This is how you improve.
