The Rum Brothers is first and foremost a community of players. We are progression-focused Mythic Raiders who always strive to push ourselves to be the best that we can be.
Our World of Warcraft guild is made up of both Mythic and Heroic raiders who have come together to form a non-toxic group of people to progress and enjoy the game. The goal is to achieve Cutting Edge each tier. We do not tolerate toxic raiders, however we maintain a competitive roster and see to it that everyone is given a chance to shine.
Our Core Raiders are not given special treatment inside of raid; a core position only shows you have raided with the guild and have shown you're a mythic-level raider, getting to raid on time, ready with consumables, and have been reliable in the past. Regular raiders in the guild could be mythic-level raiders, but they might not be able to always commit to raid, or they are wanting to play more casually and are okay with sticking it out in heroic.
General Guild Rules
1. Treat others with respect and consideration
2. Minimize political or religious discussion, including politics outside of the U.S.
3. There is a zero tolerance for racism, sexism, bigoted slurs etc. Jokes are one thing, blatant racism or sexism is another.
Raid Schedule
These times may run over a bit during progression, but not much.
Tuesday 9:00pm to 12:00am Eastern Time (8:00pm - 11:00pm Server Time)
Thursday 9:00pm to 12:00am Eastern Time (8:00pm - 11:00pm Server Time)
*Friday 9:00pm to 12:00am Eastern Time (8:00pm - 11:00pm Server Time)
*Friday will be an optional raid night after the first one or two weeks of raiding each tier. Our goal is to maintain a two night schedule for the majority of each tier, with Heroic and Mythic farm runs being held on our optional night.
