Newly founded guild planning to progress through all of ICC

Exceptional players will be admitted regardless of demand. Our guild needs mages, warriors, priests, mages, and many healers.
We raid Sun, Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs, and Fri from 7 PM - 1 AM server time.
We realize everybody has different schedules and try to accommodate accordingly for the core raid teams. However, if anyone signs up for the core raids they need to show up. If you cannot make the core ICC/TOGC raids it will still be possible to run B Team raids. Core Team raids are 3 days a week and are subject to change yet there is usually a raid every single night.
The guild enjoys playing the game yet expects a level of seriousness while raiding. We do not like to wipe and are ready to replace players who do not take raiding seriously and/or are under performing.
Loot is distributed based on attendance, performance, and necessity. The more you raid and the better you play for your class the higher your chance of receiving loot.
After 30 days all trials will be evaluated based on attendance, performance, attitude, and likability.
We require everyone raiding to use a mic in Vent. It is also required to research every raid fight prior to the encounter. Anyone, including current member, will be switched out if they are unaware of the fight mechanics.
