HISTORY

We are now located on Kel'Thuzad-US alliance and we are excited to start raiding in legion and we always strive to be the best we can be.

RECRUITMENT
At this point, we are looking for more members to start mythic raiding.
We are always looking for exceptional players of any class/spec/role.
Off specs and the ability to play multiple roles are very encouraged. Package deals can be negotiated.
Our highest priority are hunters, shadow priests and warlocks. Other ranged are also welcomed. Ability to offspec heals/tank is highly valued.
You will have a fair opportunity to show us what you have. Our trial period generally lasts 2 weeks, depending on performance. During this period, we evaluate trial raiders based on their attitude, attendance, skill level, situational awareness, and cohesiveness with the guild as a whole.
RAID SCHEDULE
Friday 9:00PM - 12:00AM MST (8PM-11PM PST) (11PM-2AM EST)
Saturday 9:00PM - 12:00AM MST (8PM-11PM PST) (11PM-2AM EST)

Wednesday 6:30PM - 9:30PM MST (5:30PM-8:30PM PST) (8:30PM-11:30AM EST)
These are normal/alt runs.
All times are MST (server time). Raid invites start at 8:45 PM (or 15 minutes before actual raid times). Trash pulls begin shortly after.
LOOT SYSTEM
We use Loot Council to distribute loot. Factors at play in loot decisions include but are not limited to raid performance, attendance, previous loot received and significance of upgrade.
All members are required to have RCLootCouncil installed and updated.
REQUIREMENTS AND EXPECTATIONS
- 18+ or at least behaves like one
- Discord (mandatory) & mic/headphones (optional)
- Solid attendance and punctuality.
- Understanding of your class and roles.
- Desire for Progress and self improvement ; character maximization(logs/analysis-checkmywow.com etc).
- Raid Ready: research boss fights and how your class is suited to dealing with them.
- Know how to fail: wipes are expected so keep emotions in check and respect councils decision on tactics and distribution of loot.
- We expect you to be a member of our guild, not just someone who shows up for raids 12 hours a week and disappears the next 4 days. We don't expect you to spend all of your time on WoW. That's not what we are about. However, checking the guild discord/facebook once in a while is required, and we would prefer you make an effort to get to know your fellow guildies. The closer we are with each other, the better team we will be.
- Have fun and joke around but focus up during encounters.
