“Dangerously Average” Guild

Raid days: Tues/Thurs.
Raid time: 5-7pm PST (subject to change)
Raid goal: AOTC and 3/10M

Recruiting Needs: CURRENTLY RECRUITING FOR MYTHIC+ AND RAIDING We are looking for all Tanks for Mythic+ and a DPS warrior, Boomkin, Ret Pal., and all Mages for heroic raids with at least 240 ilvl. Parses and logs will also be taken into consideration.

Current Prog: 10/10 M (CN CE) - 10/10H & 5/10M (SoD) - 8/11 (SFO). We changed our guild name from Cinder Works to Dangerously Average. Our old guild page is located here for reference: https://www.wowprogress.com/guild/us/kil-jaeden/Cinder+Works

Attendance: No missed days unless excused. Subject to removal from raid team if more than 3 raid days are missed without approval.

Raider acceptance: Warcraft logs, iLvL, and mechanics will be reviewed before acceptance.

Below are a few unique aspects about our Heroic Roster:

1. Recruiting casual like-minded players, so we can tailor our raid toons (classes/specs) for each boss fight. Creating the best scenario Raid wise.

2. Competitive environment which means individuals that are not self improving after feedback will be replaced. EMPHASIZE PATIENCE IS NEEDED 1-2 WEEK PROCESS AS IT TAKES TIME TO IDENTIFY THESE PEOPLE. Raid Leaders appreciate any assistance in this process. Strategy suggestions are also encouraged to improve the quality of the roster.
