“Osmosis” Guild

<Osmosis> is recruiting players for 4.3, and is hoping to be among the top 10man guilds on the server. We are currently recruiting all specs and classes for Heroic Firelands progression and 4.3.

Players who wish to join should have an extensive raiding history and preferably have downed up to Heroic Ragnaros, however exceptions can be made. Both Ventrilo and a microphone are required. If you have a temper or feel the need to call people out without the authority, you are not wanted here. We are looking to offer a friendly raid environment with constructive criticism; The game is meant to have fun and people tend for forget that.

Monday: 8-11
Tuesday: 8-11
Wednesday: 8-11

90% raid attendance is required.

Invites go out at 7:45, Raiders should be at the first boss for the night at 8:30 ready to pull. As the guild is fairly new, Flasks, Potions and Food will need to be provided by the individual.
Loot will be distributed through a rotating loot council done through rolling to eliminate any bias that players may have toward each other.
