“Startup” Guild

Who We Are
Startup is a guild that was created with the idea of growing a guild into a long-term gaming community of gaming friends. We welcome seasoned gaming veterans and new players with positive attitudes. Startup invests in its members because we take a long-term approach on most things that we do. Our expectation is that if we invest in you, you will in return invest in us. At Startup, the team is more important than any individual.

Our Goals
The goal of Startup is to become a guild that will clear the same content as other hardcore guilds with less time invested. At the same time, we want to foster strong, long-term friendships. We will most likely not be the first guild to clear content, but our hope is that we will not be far behind and enjoy ourselves more.

Raiding
Our current raid times are Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7:30pm eastern to 10:30pm eastern. When the new raid comes out, a 3rd raid day might be added depending on demand and our ability to field consistent raids. We have a sort of business casual raid environment with opportunities to learn, make friends, and scoop up loot. We hope to play other games with each other as the guild grows.

The classes listed under recruitment are just the classes we feel that we are lacking for our mythic progressions. We will accept anyone who has a positive attitude about raiding and a willingness to take feedback in a mature manner. No previous raiding experience in required we are willing to teach and help each other grow to reach our end goal.
