<Phiasco> started raiding Firelands on August 3, 2011
due to this late start we are fairly far behind many of the other
guilds on our server. We have 2 players who successfully raided in
top 500 guilds but have since decided to go more casual and enjoy
the game more. We also understand that casual doesn't mean low
expectations we expect to be at 4 or 5 of 7 heroic by the end of
