Delayed Reaction is looking to add players to the roster for continued mythic progression. For an invitation to trial with the raid team, the logs you submit with your application will need to reflect skill with your rotation and the ability to execute mechanics. Please be familiar with the nature of maintaining a 25 person roster for mythic; 5 players must always sit out and rotated in for loot/kills but be available for emergencies during raid hours even if they are not on the roster for a specific fight.

We have interest in ranged DPS with limited ability to accept melee dps at this time.

Some of our members have been raiding together for 3 to 5 years, and some of us have previously raided three mythic tiers together casually.

IMPORTANT:

Non-progression content is phased out as quickly as possible. When a raid first drops, we like to achieve AOTC in a timely, efficient manner. We pride ourselves on further progression over fewer pulls.

Be fully prepared with consumables and gear augments, and familiar with the process of simcraft.

Shadowlands Raiding Schedule:

Tuesday/Wednesday 5:30- 8 p.m. SERVER TIME

Sundays 5:30-7 p.m. ST (looking to extend to 8 p.m. next raid tier)

Raid Invites go out at 5:15 p.m. sharp. If you are not online and joining the raid at that time, you are late. First pull is AT 5:30 p.m.

Recruit performance must be appropriately evaluated. Cutting Edge requires a proper raid environment, and we are looking for players invested and experienced enough to make this possible.
