US Realm: Sargeras [A]
Progression: 9/9H BoD 2/8M 8/8H Uldir
Age Range: 18+ (Most Members are mid 20’s and older)
Raiding Times:
Progression - Tuesday and Thursday 8pm to 12pm Est (7pm to 11pm Server)
Fun/Alt Runs - Friday and Saturday 9pm Est (8 pm Server) (Not required/ Off Night); Several M+ groups are put together on non-raid nights either for fun, to get your weekly one done, or to push high keys.
Please note invites are sent out 15 minutes before raid starts.

1 Healer (non pally)

Who we are:
Executive Decisions is an active, mature (+18) guild looking for a few new raiders to add to our core team. Our guild has been around for 13+ years now. We started on Bleeding Hollow (US) but with an influx of Horde players to the realm moved to Sargeras(US) during early MoP.
We are a casual-progressive raiding guild. We strike the balance between raiding and community while maintaining a two night/week raid schedule. Our community matters just us as much as our raid team. We’re a family; We’re a team – and we’d love to welcome you to join us!
We’re almost always running some kind of activity with our fellow guild members in and outside of game. In WoW this normally means Mythic +, Achievements, Mount Runs, etc. Outside of the game a lot of our players enjoy and play other blizzard titles as well as other platforms together.
What are looking for:
Players that can hold their own in a raid environment and that enjoy other aspects of the outside of raiding. We aren’t looking for players who log on just to raid. We have various activities that run throughout the week and hope to see you there as well!
Applicants must be knowledgeable about their class and role in raid as well as be able to perform it well. We are looking for people who value the team's goals while maintaining individual performance.
We provide cauldrons and feasts, but ask raiders to always have extra personal mats on hand, and prolonged power pots (or whatever is best for you!). The guild/bank provides raiders with enchants, repairs, and gems.
