Recruitment:
We currently need all classes for Heroic Uldir farming until 8.1! If you are a heroic raider who hasn't gotten their AOTC, keep us in mind!
Mythic experience is not required- all we initially require of you is that you are active, respectful, and perform optimally for progression. We are constantly working to improve ourselves as raiders, and expect our new recruits to have the same drive as well.
Raid Schedule:
Tuesday/Saturday, 9PM-12AM CST. SUBJECT TO CHANGE AFTER 8.1.
What we expect of you when joining the guild:
Upon joining our guild, you will initially be set as “Trial” rank. In order to be promoted to an official "Raider" you must first meet the attendance/performance requirements that we have listed in our discord Announcements channel. Being promoted to Raider gives you privileges such as free raid supplies from the guild bank, more withdrawals, solidified spots for raid nights, and extremely high priority for being placed on the mythic roster.
We do welcome non-PvE'ers. So if you would rather PvP (we run occasional RBGs) or just chill in the guild, that's cool too. You will be set to "Member" rank. Member rank is also used for those who need extra time to gear up/work out optimal rotations before coming to our raids. That said, not meeting our "Raider" requirements doesn't mean you will be shunned- if anything, we'll work hard to optimize your performance and help you improve to become a better PvE'er (and eventually a Raider).
Who we are:
We're an active, chill yet productive guild looking for dedicated raiders to fill our core roster. Led by former mythic raiders, we have done Legion raids up to Heroic, and are currently 8/8 N and 8/8 H Uldir. Most members of our core group are approaching 3 years of consistent raiding with each other, so as you can imagine the relationships we have all formed synergize well.
Officers are very friendly and are always open to help guildies over any matter. Our guild focuses on raiding, but also on what you need to be able to raid with us (gearing up, PvE experience, etc.). This includes:
- running Mythic+10 dungeons every week
- explaining fights in detail
- explaining how to use resources i.e. AskMrRobot/Raidbots & Warcraft Logs
- farming N/H Uldir for as long as the guild needs
- providing food/flasks/repairs
- maximizing your class performance with tips/builds/rotations used by highly experienced officers (one of our officers specializes in analyzing wowlogs/parses, and works to provide guidance as to what you can do to improve fight by fight, or raid by raid)
As for the future of the guild, we will always be a Heroic Raiding Guild that does mythic as an extra bonus. With that said, there is talk of an A and B team for future raids coming in 8.1 so we will be catering to those who want to be more hardcore vs. those who want to chill and do heroic!
