“ZEN MECHANICS” Guild

<ZEN MECHANICS> Is now recruiting people of all classes pref. DPS !(spriest/ele/boomy/warlock/mage)

We are a 7/9(H) ToS semi-hardcore raiding guild (meaning we like to have fun, but are serious when it comes to downing bosses). We are a VERY friendly/active guild found on the realm SARGERAS. We are fairly active in game and outside of raiding! We like gamble and have MUSIC BOT!

As it stands, the guild is currently looking for strong members in order to strengthen our core and push 25+ Heroic ToS Progression as well as Mythic ToS after! We want to have fun while we progress, and we want to make friends and relationships along the way. We value Attitude > Aptitude and is something that we look most.

If you are casual, but want a home and make new friendships then we are still the guild for you! We love making new friends and love doing activities with you all. We are fairly active!

Raid Schedule

Our Raid nights are Tuesday and Thursday with Sunday being an optional raid night from 8:30-11:30 EST (7:30-10:30 server). Tuesdays and Thursdays are days where we like to progress or farm current content, while on Sundays, we do lower tier content and old content for gear/achieves/guild activities.

How is loot distributed?

Loot is distributed via Loot Council. Members are encouraged to download the addon in order make it easier for the loot council members to pass down loot.

Loot priority: BIS > Upgrade > Sidegrade > Offspec > Greed
Obviously, Main > Trial > Alts

Things that we take into account when it comes to passing down loot are:

• Size of the upgrade
  
• Attendance and Punctuality
  
• Performance
  
• Personal Effort (ie. AP grinding/mythic gear acquired, etc.)
  

What is expected from you?

•There is a trial period of two weeks, you are expected to show up. 100% attendance is required during your trial. If you think you are going to be late and cannot make it, please let us know.

• You are to come prepared to raid nights with food/flask.
Feasts will be provided, in the case that it is not, please be prepared.

•You are to show up to raid days at all times. Attendance is a must, as it also something we look at when it comes to giving out loot. If you are to be late or absent, it is best to tell an officer, or write it down on our attendance discord channel.

•You are to TREAT your members with respect and of course the Guild Master with utmost respect. We do not tolerate toxicity, as we like to enjoy the game while we progress through it.

•Being able to take constructive criticism and being able to handle being sat. We are a bit lenient when it comes to sitting people as we are a semi-hardcore guild, but when it comes to progression on the more difficult bosses then sometimes benching is something that WILL happen.
