“Get Foxed” Guild

PARTICULARLY NEED MELEE DPS AND HEALERS AT THE MOMENT.

Presently looking for exceptional players of all roles to fill out a Mythic group past the core we've been using for heroic.
The best players with the best attitudes will be taken on raid nights, and this is subject to change from boss to boss. There will be no favoritism.

Applicants will be trialed through current farm content, and will be accepted/declined based primarily on three criteria.

1. Willingness to improve/take criticism/offer constructive feedback.
2. Attitude. You must be willing to work with the group and everyone in it. You will help facilitate a positive environment.
3. Performance. Relative to your item level, class, and your overall role.

Raid times are Wednesday, Friday, and Monday at 7PM EST (4 Server).
Anything not the current highest tier we complete will not be officially scheduled but people normally run throughout the week.

I want nothing less than to be the best progression guild on the server, and will expect everyone to have that same vision until it is realized.

Rough guideline for applicants - I want you to be minimum 870 Ilvl (to show you've put anything into your character), and have some current experience with content. If you're a DPS, i expect absolute minimum 350k dps pure single target if you're 870, changing as your itemlevel increases and based upon your class. 400+ should be attainable by that point, and that's what I'll expect. Failure to do mechanics (especially repeatedly) is also unacceptable. Occasional mistakes happen. Exceptional players learn from them.
