“Innominatam” Guild

<Innominatam> is recruiting all classes and specs for 5.4 25man raid content and 1 healer/1dps with healer offspec for our core 10man team.

Introduction

We formed as a guild in January 2013 in pursuit of experiencing the dark side of the game. Seven year veterans re-rolled horde to level through the horde story in an attempt to rekindle the once burning passion for this game. A few weeks later we transferred our mains to horde and are now here to stay.

Currently we need strong DPS and Healing players to push into 25man content. However, we invite any and all competent players to contact us if interested.

We will balance our raid group appropriately, as most of our current core raiders can take on other roles if necessary. We try to remain as flexible as possible.

Loot Distribution

We currently use EP/GP to distribute loot but also ask players to pass huge upgrades to other raiders if it's only a marginal upgrade for them. This is not a requirement however; we understand that there may be one piece you've been waiting to drop for months and do not expect you to always pass just because it's a larger upgrade for someone else. We just want to keep our raid group balanced as much as possible and provide the greatest overall raid increase with each drop.

Do I have to join your guild to raid with you?

At this point we have a full roster almost every night. You're welcome to raid with us before joining our guild, just contact Kauil in-game to set something up.

Expectations

• Be on time
• Repair before raid
• Don't nerd-rage
• Clear vent at bosses
• Be prepared (potions, basic understanding of fight, etc)
• Expect death
• Don't get sweaty and shaky because of anxiety, we're pretty chill

We do provide food, flasks, and repairs courtesy of the guild bank.
