Who We Are:
ALM is a guild dedicated to constant improvement and focus on aggressively climbing the raid tier rankings while not requiring alts or day raiding. We love to raid and are looking for other talented raiders that love to raid as well. ALM was formed from scratch in the middle of the Antorus raid tier in Legion and has never missed a cutting edge in all legit raid tiers. Self improvement and analysis with a focus on team-first raiding is what we constantly strive for. We will not be remotely satisfied until we have built a rock-solid Famed Slayer team that despises complacency and laziness.

Our Goals:
This team is dedicated to constant improvement and climbing of the rankings with a strong desire for Famed Slayer at a bare minimum. Once acquiring Famed Slayer, our goals will shift to improvement in the top 100 US rankings to compliment the Famed titles.

Our Schedule (12 hours):
Tuesday - 8:30-11:30PM central
Wednesday- 8:30-11:30PM central
Thursday - 8:30-11:30PM central
Sunday - 8:30-11:30PM central

Expectations:

You are a team first player who values the success and benefit of the raid/guild over yourself.

You always show up to raid prepared and on time with everything you need.

You are internally motivated to actively research and improve your gameplay.

You react positively to constructive criticism and communicate clearly.

You put in the work necessary to kill bosses in and out of raid.

You are able to make raids with near perfect attendance.


Addons:
All raid members are expected to have WeakAuras, Angry Assignments and RCLootCouncil installed and functional in addition to the boss mod of their choosing (we prefer BigWigs).

Attendance:
The best ability is availability. We do not recruit for bench positions, we expect all raiders to be able to maintain as close to 100% attendance as possible during progress. That being said, we understand real life happens and expect our raiders to call out as far in advance as possible.

We are looking to recruit players that love raiding just as much as we do. If you have the performance and attendance necessary to push for famed slayer we would love to talk to you. If you are constantly missing raids, immune to constructive criticism, do no research outside of raid, or do not want to get focused and progress during raid time then this is not the mythic raid team for you.

We have a strong,active community filled with great people. We have a heroic team that raids every Wednesday from 8:30 to 11:00 pm central and a normal raid team that raids every Friday from 8:30 to 11:00 pm central. Our discord is extremely active and wild. We run many keys every week and welcome social and casual members as well. Hell, we even have a guild fantasy football league.
