PhoenixDown is a semi-hardcore guild, and as such, we expect all players to put effort into improving and striving to perform at their best consistently. We always strive to maintain a friendly, bullshit-free environment as we do not keep problem players regardless of their performances - we don't put up with drama, we usually purge it from the guild. We're mostly nerds who enjoy killing video game dragons while playing on a high level.
Also, we're not a US-based guild - we have players from many different countries. For us, having fun with who we play with is just as important as having a solid progression and getting Cutting Edge.

Progression: Saturday & Sunday: 3 pm - 6 pm (EST)
Farm/Optional: Thursday: 5 pm - 7 pm (EST)

Our recruitment is currently open and we'll always be accepting applications from exceptional players looking to raid with us. We strive to have a minimum of 25 players in our mythic roster at all times as we believe that's a safe way to adjust to circumstances and ensure we have enough people to raid every weekend.

-- Mythic Progression --
PhoenixDown is reforming after coming from Horde and not playing through BFA, which is why we can't claim to have any relevant mythic progression at this point. That being said, we do have players with Cutting Edge raid leading experience (such as the guild leader and healer captain), and all of our current roster has mythic raiding experience.
We'll update this section as we progress on Mythic in Shadowlands.
-- Loot System --
We run loot council on non-needed loot, meaning you keep the loot you need/want and you can decide whether or not you want to give it up for roll. Loot will be distributed based on a player’s merit, being attendance, performance, reliability, etc. BoEs are yours to keep, trade, sell, or donate directly to the guild bank.
