<Guts> is a raiding guild formed March 10th, 2017
during Legion. We stopped raiding as a guild at the start of BFA.
The officer core recently came back to the game for Dragonflight
and built a new raid team gain. Our goals have changed a bit and we
are going for a more relaxed approach this time around but still
are pushing mythic and are being serious when required. We are
always looking to recruit skilled players. We have a robust Discord
server that the community is built around.

-Our perfect raider knows his/her class inside and out, and truly enjoys playing it. It is ideally his/her favorite character to play.
-Keeps abreast of class changes and updates their play-style accordingly.
-Enjoys min-maxing their role, does not tunnel, and is willing to take on special tasks.
-Puts the raids success first over their own performance.
-Is comfortable in the guild Discord and able to communicate effectively during raid hours.
