“Dysfunctional” Guild

# Who?

Dysfunctional is a raiding guild formed with a goal of achieving CE. We are currently looking to fill out our Mythic roster with consistent and competitive DPS/Healers. Raid slots are competitive, so we are always open to trialing exceptional players. We have a strong core of CE-level players and are looking to augment our roster further with other high level players looking to make the push. The guild discord is always booming whether it's raid night or otherwise and has regular non-WoW events / games going on to keep people connected and prevent burnout. This is a guild of R-Rated adult gamers and you will be expected to interact as such within.

wgr_user. Requirements:
Ability to learn and consistency, players aiming for mythic prog / CE season 2 with a competitive mindset. Our entire raiding roster is expected to complete at LEAST 4 Mythic+ keys at a high level weekly in order to remain competitive.

High need for Mage. All exceptional players in any role will get a trial. Multiple competitive slots available.


wgr_user. Required Addons / Integrations:

**RCLootCouncil** - Loot is distributed by a council of 3 players. Trials are not eligible for loot immediately, but we are doing a 1 week trial period and upon raider you are immediately eligible for loot. Loot is distributed on a performance AND upgrade basis. I.E. more ilvls / better tier set will be factored in addition to performance.

**Weakauras** - Making the game more coordinated and easier on our raid leader is a priority. You will be required to use some weakauras.

**GuildsofWoW** - https://guildsofwow.com/dysfunctional we use guilds of wow for roster management and raid signups. This will be a hard stop requirement and does require connection to your battle.net for API access.
