Raid Times/Days:
Start: 9p PDT / 10p MDT / 11p CDT / 12a EDT
Duration: 2 hrs (No time will ever be added as a requirement, for any reason. Raids may continue with pugs for an extra hour or so as we form our regular roster, but no one is ever required to stay for more than two hours, twice a week.)
Days: no more than 2 weekdays (tbd)(Mon/Tue/Wed/Thu)
*Fri/Sat/Sun will never be used as main raid nights.

About Us:
We are a newly formed semi hardcore raiding guild on Tichondrius[H]. We consider ourselves as such simply due to our short raid times. Aside from that, we are hardcore raiders. We recruit people into our community with the intent to eventually form a strong and cohesive team of raiders who can clear 8/8H in one night with minimal mistakes, and then use the rest of our time for mythic progression and M+ keys. Our long term goal (beginning of next expansion) is to form a tightly knit roster and transition into being a mythic raiding guild by next tier.

Requirements:
We list our weekly heroic raid in LFG with the following criteria:
430+ iLvl, 55+ HoA.

Guild Recruitment Restrictions:
We do not have any interest in merging with another group, and, as a policy, pledge to never do so. We prefer to recruit individuals. Small groups of 2-3 players will be considered carefully. Our experience with group recruits in the past is that it is risky for the group as a whole. We don't want to be in a situation where we have 3 players drop out of a raid because one of them can't make it for any reason (for example, your spouse or significant other has to go to the proctoligist, so you decide to go with them, leaving the raid hanging for two people instead of just the one).
