“Revenge of the Nerds” Guild

We're a small guild built around progression as well as having a good time. We're not truly hardcore in that we only raid 2 nights a week but we're not truly casual in that we don't put up with bullshit. Currently 11/12 working and will soon be 12/12 pushing into heroics. We've had our share of bad luck and replacements and we're only looking for knowledgeable dedicated people willing to show up and put forth the effort needed to progress.

Raids: Sun @ 7pm
Mon @ 6pm

We require our raiders to be on 15m early and be ready to pull promptly at raid time to allow for maximum efficiency in our raids. Though we do allow for joking and a jolly good time in vent while we clear out the farmed content we tend to take on a more serious mood for progression bosses.

Currently recruiting caster dps as well as a healer of a sort.

Requirements:
~at least 355+ ilvl
~MUST maintain 100% attendance or at least 1 week's prior notice that you will be absent.
~knowledge of the encounters (we've had our fair share of teaching and reteaching, really would like to get past teaching the fight)
~the ability to accept mistakes for what they were without excuses!
