“HATRED” Guild

<HATRED> Is PvE guild in Zul'jin - Horde Server.

Raid Times: Tues/Wed/sun 9-12 PM est.. Thurs/mon back up days or alt runs.

**Currently Interested in Any Exceptional Player Above 660+ to finish our Mythic Roster** The guild group as it is now, are all above 660+ Ilvl and are all capable High Numbers
we are just being held back by not having the 20 man roster atm, with a few good people, could easily clear 4/7+ Mythic in a week**

Specifically Recruiting: 1 Healer (Druid - Shaman) and DPS

DPS Priority: DK > Warrior > Pally > Feral > Spriest > Warlock > Mage

Any other class or role interested will be taken in consideration as well if they have enough ilvl and Good enough numbers.

Right now we are interested in recruiting people to fill our ranks for Mythic WoD raiding. Our main focus right now is to become a Hardcore PvE guild to compete for world Progress. If you are interested in us, here is more info about our Raiding Experience, Goals and previous success:


<HATRED> Main focus is becoming a Hardcore PvE Guild Focused on being the best in the game while having a friendly and non elitist attitude.
Founders consist of Returning WoW veterans (played All previous Expansions, returned at the end of MoP) and Experienced MMO players and Guild Leaders.
Before coming back to WoW, our Latest guild Experiment was in Swtor, where we Lead a guild for around 2 years achieving several Server First / World First Records, and our goal is to achieve the same.

What are we looking for?
Skilled and dedicated players, Interested in guild progress over personal achievements. The whole purpose of the guild is being the best as a guild and helping each other out to become the best players

Guild Philosophy
The guild philosophy that we have always used and have always worked for us is a Non-Ranking System, There are NO SUPERIORS in the guild, there are Raid Leaders who will mod the activity on the guild depending on the behavior of the guildies., there would be several raiding groups started by the raid leader of each group, all groups represent HATRED and their progress would be Hatred progress. Once you are in the guild and earned any of the ranks above Recruit, you will have a voice in the guild and will be treated as equal as anyone else in the guild.

Raiding Philosophy

We do not use any kind of Hierarchy system for loot or Raiding spots. One of the main problems raiders have in new guilds: is the fact that a 10 man group has: 1 guild leader, 3 co-guild leaders, 1 dps officer, 1 healer officer, 1 tank officer, the 4 guild leaders all time friend, Leaving in reality, only a couple spots for any Raider to "try" to get into a raid group, and this often creates a lot of conflict when trying to rotate to improve the group in certain circumstances, creating drama and stuck a guild's progression, This wont happen in our guild.
Once you earned your Raiding spot you will keep it as long as you are performing up to level, so it is entirely up to your skills. Anyone recruited as an applicant will have a fair chance to compete for the raid spot they have applied. Anyone that is not performing up to level have to accept being rotated in order to beat certain boss - raid, regardless of the guild rank, even if the guild leader is the one under-performing, he like anyone else will step out if there is someone better outside the raid group in order for the guild to Accomplish the Achievement.
