We are a group of four friends that really like the concept of
Mythic+ dungeons and the challenges it presents. So far we just
played casually whenever we could form a group for it. All of us
are around 1.4-1.5k RIO score but we believe our potential as
players is much higher than that. So we decided to kick thinks up a
notch and make somewhat of a stable team to push higher keys. We
don't have a strict schedule and basically any day except Sunday
and Monday (raid days) can be a M+ day as long as everyone from the
team is available. However, in order to have at least some sort of
organization and higher chance of this to occur we will make a
week-by-week schedule every Tuesday when we can agree on days that
everybody can attend and run keys (we are aiming for 2+ days per
week depending on availablity).
So the composition we are aiming for is Prot Warrior/Prot Paladin (but DK can also be considered), Resto Druid, WW Monk, Outlaw Rogue and Mage/Ele Shaman (depending on what is better for the dungeon we are going to run), with Resto Shaman, DH and all tank classes (except a guardian druid lol :D) as alts.
So we are looking to get a main Prot Warrior/Prot Paladin (with DK as an option) in our team. A Rogue would also be appreciated.
What we offer:
- A mature and fun, but also performance driven environment where jokes and laughs are flying all over the place, but not at the expense of achieving results.
- Mid-to-high knowledge of the M+ dungeons and everything related to them (affixes, routes, pulls, skips, etc), and a high-to-excellent knowledge of the classes we play and the utility they provide;
- a somewhat versatile class composition to be able to work around class balance and dungeons changes (we have other chars perfectly capable of doing high keys like BDK and Prot Pala but are not listed in the team;
- A group of people that are always willing to improve and do better;
What we expect:
- Be mature and have a sense of humor. Jokes will be made! :D
- Having a working microphone and being able to communicate easily in English is a must;
- Be able to take and also give criticism in a proper and constructive manner;
- Be willing to improve at all times. Even if you think your way is the bestest of ways, maybe ever, be willing to try out others;
- Be able to stick to an agreed schedule (as said above we intend to do it on a week-by-week basis every Tuesday);
- Have no problem with failing keys while learning or experimenting with new things;
- Having alts ready for high keys is not mandatory but it's a nice bonus.
- You gotta be around 1.3k RIO score on any char (might not be the one you are applying with but those chars need to be linked so we can verify it).
