This is a great raid group for people who live in places that don't have to deal with daylight savings time. The raid time switches against server time (becoming an hour earlier or later), but for the raiders without DST (Arizona!) the start/end time stays the same with respect to their homes. This makes it easier to plan raids into your real lives.

Times with relation to server time:
During DST (Mar 10 - Nov 3): 9p-1a server time
Not during DST: 8p-12a server time

Times with relation to AZ time: 9p-1a

Group Experience: 11/12N ToT, 9/14H (5.4) SoO, 7/7H HM, 10/10H BRF, 5/13M HFC, 7/7H EN, 3/3H ToV, 10/10H NH, 9/9H ToS, 13/13H Antorus, 8/8H Uldir

Team Philosophy

Attendance: One of the core tenets of this team is that real-life comes first, and we will give you some amount of leeway to deal with real-life when it comes to your raiding schedule. That said, many of us have limited playtime, and raid with TLM to accomplish raid progression on a tight schedule. Because of this, our team cannot handle well unreliable attendance. We don’t have a specific attendance standard; but missing more than the occasional Wednesday raid, in whole or in part, should be a rarity for every member. If life changes and your ability to make raids is in question, we can keep you in a bench slot, but we will need to find a full-time replacement for you. Sundays are purely optional and focused on farm bosses.

Performance: We are not a hardcore mythic team, and we don’t expect hardcore mythic performance. Nobody is going to lose their cool over the occasional mistake – indeed, we’re more likely to laugh about it for months to come if, say, you Shadowstep behind Kromog, or run off the ledge on Xhul’horac (trying to battle rez someone *else* who ran off the ledge.) Nevertheless, our primary goal with each tier is completing AotC, and players with consistent mechanics issues, or who cannot perform in their chosen spec at a level consistent with a heroic-clearing team, will need to be benched for progression. We will never kick people from the team for performance issues, but when pushing new content each member of the team should be able to rely on the players to their left and right.

Preparation: By and large, you’ll be expected to watch one or two strat videos identified in advance of our first night with a given boss. Come to raid ready with consumables (we provide feasts and cauldrons,) to include runes for progression fights. Know your spec, and know how it applies in a raiding environment: if your class/spec has an ability that would be useful for a given boss, be prepared to speak up. If someone asks why you do X vs. Y, be knowledgeable enough about your spec to answer.
