I have been raiding a lot on private servers and a little bit in retail too but I have never been lucky enough to find a guild that has a chill vibe and people are nice. I always research fights before the raids, constantly record my games and re-watch them later so I can check mistakes. I am never late for raids and I always message in advance in case I am not able to attend a raid (so the officers can have time to plan for a replacement).
