“Chronos” Guild

Chronos
Chronos is a semi-hardcore, Alliance-based raiding guild on Outland that started with Mythic raiding in BFA. As for now, our main goal is achieving Cutting Edge on current content while maintaining the modest raiding times of a two-day raiding guild. We strive to create a professional atmosphere during our raids while maintaining a strong and welcoming social feel, so if you are looking for a mix of friendly banter and competitive raiding, you may find Chronos to be an excellent choice!

Our raiding times are as follows:
Wednesday 19:00–22:00
Sunday 19:00–22:00

Tuesday 19:00–22:00 currently serves as a dedicated time slot for Heroic reclears and trial runs. With the introduction of the next raid tier and the expansion of our core roster, however, this will see changes, as we aim to make this our third raid day of the week.

Specs and classes that we are especially in need of are listed above. If your class and/or spec is not on the list above, the current demand for it is not particularly high. There will, of course, always be a place in the guild for the player if they are exceptional.

We have mature and skilled players able to assist with any class- and game-related questions you might have, and you can expect a welcoming atmosphere and a group of people intent on helping each other improve, gear up, learn and have fun.

Our expectations from trials and raiders:

Any applicants should be able to play their class at a Mythic raid-worthy standard, have and showcase previous raid experience as well as show commitment to both the guild and the raid team. We also expect you to be able to take constructive criticism and aim for optimizing your character in any way possible, to be dedicated and interested enough to bring your own consumables, to know the relevant tactics and to be ready for the raid 15 minutes in advance. Most importantly, raiders and trials should be prepared to consistently show up for raids, so as to aid in creating a stable and consistent core roster. However, we understand very well that real-life events occasionally complicate things – therefore, applicants can expect leniency if there are no consistent attendance issues.

Lastly, you should have a friendly and sociable attitude, as we pride ourselves on the social aspects and atmosphere of the guild. Though our mindset is competitive, we strive to never abandon the substrate of fun, and we are always looking for like-minded players to join us on our quest to compete and have fun.
