Summary
Mandate is a progression oriented Guild and every action taken will be towards that direction. Our goal is one and clear, to become one of the best 2 days raiding Guilds in the world. In order to achieve that, we rely on 2 things, Firstly, to our player base and secondly to our organization. We strongly believe that our players have the ability to achieve our goals and along with an experienced leadership the results will be the desired ones.
The vast majority of our members are playing together from the early days of Vanilla. Throughout the years, together, we have achieved some impressive results and that's what we aim to do going forward.
Maintaining a Healthy roster is mandatory, for that purpose, recruitment is never closed. Exceptional players, able to challenge our current raiders are more than welcome.
But what is required in order to join us?
You:
- are expected to have exceptional knowledge of your class – enchant/gems, itemization, spec, glyphs is only the start. Exceptional knowledge goes way beyond what you can read on random websites. You should be able to adapt to any circumstance during the raid and execute swiftly any task assigned to you by the raid leader.
- are able to take criticism. Sometimes it might be harshly put, but you need to understand that it is ABSOLUTELY NEVER personal. Learn from it and take it into consideration and do not ignore it, just because you didn’t like the way it was said to you.
- are able to maintain very high attendance and to always have the decency to inform in advance if for any reason you cannot attend a raid. We value that a lot in our members and are always willing to understand.
- are able to communicate fluently in both written and spoken English. Having Ventrilo and a microphone is a must.
- are able to take jokes from your guild mates. If you are the sensitive type, then this might not be the right place for you.
- are able to understand the fact that if the encounter we’re attempting requires a specific setup, you might have to bench. The guild and its progress are by far the most important thing.
- are able to understand the fact that loot is by no means the end goal. It is simply the tool which the guild uses to achieve its main target – progress.
We offer a very strong community with mature and excellent players, it won’t take long before you fit in and feel yourself at home. The atmosphere in the raids is usually calm and focused.
