Who and what are UJIMA?
UJIMA is a guild formed by friends and some old top guild players. Which means you get to play with players who fully understand their class and have years of experience in a multitude of wow modes, specifically raiding and mythic+
We are looking to enrich our ranks with players who understand their class and can contribute to our guild clearing mythic raid content. We have started building a solid group of players who engage socially, but also act accordingly during raids and try to improve after each encounter. That is the ethos, have some unity amongst our players and enjoy destroying bosses!
Raiding Days and Times are:
Thursday/Sunday from 19:00 to 23:00, we expect a minimum of 90% attendance. This is because our team is a mixed bunch, some mature with jobs and families, so respecting their timetables makes the entire process flow easier and you are far less likely to waste valuable time.
What will we offer you?
Sit tight because this will be the ride of your life. First and foremost, you will experience all the encounters in the game and eventually beat them with style! With a mature, but friendly and helpful environment we also offer a very social entourage where people eventually become friends, hang out in discord, meet IRL, laugh and cry together. The crying mostly takes place after Sanick's ridiculous attempts at humour.
During raids we keep focused, we enjoy a laugh like everybody, but raid leading is demanding work so you should be able to deal with constructive criticism where it is in the interest of the guild and clearing content. We do give our trials a good amount of time to see their improvements and that they are actively engaging with gearing themselves to makes raids easier (for example, so far in Dragonflight) crafting 418 items, doing mythic+. In other words, things that will make your gameplay easier and us as a team beat mythic content.
The officers will help you integrate into the guild, and you will always be rewarded for your contribution and praised where it is deserved.
What do we want from you?
Firstly, we require the use of English in both written and verbal forms as we raid in English. Genuine knowledge of your class abilities, your role, and preparing for new encounters with research that most often is provided by us in the discord channels. Previous experience in PvE is also required, preferably accumulated in multiple high-end instances. We want players who put effort into one's character, such as reputation standings with appropriate factions and use of proper enchants/gems.
We are looking forward to speaking to you so that you can join us on our epic journey!
