“Xanadu” Guild

<Xanadu> reformed in December 31 on Twisting Nether EU. The guild's management consists of a group of people who have previously raided at high end and want a more chill environment. Our aim is to clear Mythic content in a timely manner (early Cutting Edge) achievement while sticking to a less hardcore raid schedule.

Raiding Schedule:

Wednesday 20:00 - 23:00
Sunday 20:00 - 23:00

Raiders are expected to attend these raids on a close to 100% basis.

What do we expect of you?

- Complete knowledge of your class (the ability to play all of your specs)
- Communicate in English, both in game and during raids
- Strong progression mind-set (Be able to stay competitive in your role without sacrificing boss mechanics)
- Self-critical raiding attitude (Always look to improve your own performance)
- The ability to take constructive criticism from others and grow from it
- Respect towards the guild and it’s leadership/players

For Castle Nathria we will be clearing heroic first and then move into Mythic progression. This require you to do mythic+ for gear and ensure you come prepared on tactics to every fight.

What can you expect from us?

- An active discord containing class and raid resources, banter and always a place to come hang out and do other stuff outside of raid. Both in WoW and in other games.
- Strong, logical leadership decisions which benefit the long term plan for the guild
- A chill but concentrated raiding environment
- Replacement of players who consistently hold back the guild
- Alt runs

Recruitment Status:

Regarding recruitment, we are currently looking for everything right now.
You can whisper an officer in-game to have a chat. Providing links to logs and previous raid experience is a must.
