**<Swagg> has been renamed to <Bane> for Warlords of Draenor and beyond!!**

<Bane> is a 20 man mythic raiding guild on Area 52. Every guild out there advertises being a casual raid environment with a hardcore progression attitude. Bullshit. Most are either one or the other.

We take pride in being one of the few who can actually kick *** and chew bubble gum. Sound like something you're interested in? Good. Read on.

Who are we?
We consider ourselves a casual guild when it comes to attitude and how we treat each other. But when we are zoned in and raiding, we carry ourselves like a hardcore guild, running with the utmost time efficiency and min/max attitude. The guild is led by officers who have years of top end heroic raid leading experience, bringing highest quality gaming experience to the table. We are a drama-free group of people who enjoy playing the game but always understand and cater to the fact that real life comes first. That being said, we do our best to help one another while playing the game and enjoying themselves.

Scheduling

-Thurs 11:55pm-3:30 am EST (server time)

Loot
We run EPGP/Council. The "Council" part of the "EPGP/Council" we are running basically reserves officers the right to distribute loot to someone other than who has the highest PR ratio. If we feel it should go to someone else for whatever reason be it attitude, recent performance, itemization/stats, or whatever, then we may do so and adjust GP accordingly. Keep in mind that this veto will happen VERY RARELY if at all, since EPGP is set up in a way to reward those who dedicate themselves to the guild fully, and it allows each individual member to pretty much choose where to spend their EP to gear up the most needed items. As an example we ran Modified Free Rolls in MoP, where we just /roll'ed for every item but reserved the right to send it to someone else as needed. And through all of our progression from normals all the way to full clearing heroic, we stepped in and distributed loot elsewhere 2 times, MAYBE 3. So if you are concerned about this, just know it you will almost never see it happen. Its more of a safety valve for officers to intervene if need be.

What we expect from you!
Being a raiding member of <Bane> includes guild repairs as well as provided feasts, flasks, and potions for every raid. We expect our members to maintain at least a 75% raid attendance. Most guilds require a 90% raid attendance, but because of raid day modifications, 75% is sufficient. We do require any absences to be posted on our attendance forums. We expect all members to be respectful both in raids and out of raids. We know how to have fun in raids, but serious raging and trolling both to fellow guild members and people in trade will not be tolerated. On a high population server such as Area 52, the environment is full of dickheads and douchebags. We expect you to stray away from the norm and be courteous to those around you. Most of all we want you to be able to bring something to the table and contribute to the guild. This doesn't necessarily mean throw mats in the guild bank. Just being an active player, helping out fellow guild members, and not being a ghost in guild chat is all we ask for. It's a game, so make sure to have fun!
