Needs: We're recruiting experienced players looking for a long term home. We hope to add a few more capable individuals with strong personal accountability to our roster. DPS/HEALS perfered, but we're happy to chat further with any strong candidate.

About Us :
<F i g h t> <F i g h t> has roots dating back to Ultima online, but the core raiding group in WOW has been around since Legion. Over the years we have raided at Mythic difficulty, achieving CE a few times. With Dragonflight, we knew we wanted to play the game, but did not want to commit the time that Mythic raiding requires. We have committed to raiding 1 night a week, aiming for AOTC as the goal. We have no intention of taking the guild back into Mythic difficulty at this time.

We're a guild of mostly working adults, who enjoy playing the game at the higher level without all of the grief and drama that sometimes comes with it. We just want to add more people who feel the same way. Above all else, we play the game to play with one another, and it's what has kept bringing us back tier after tier.
Beyond our listed recruiting needs we're always looking to add (or via merge into us) small groups or single players who wish to play the game in a medium sized, stable, friendly environment. We have a great deal of experience absorbing small groups into our guild.
Soft skills and team fit are important to us. We take our guild culture very seriously. As a GM it's my largest focus. We want people who want to play the game with us. Within a cohesive group.
We're not looking to drag people through content, you must be able to contribute at an appropriate level. Phials, Runes, Enchants, Gems, Food can be provided to raiders. We collect BOEs from guild raids to fund this.
We have been known to do an optional Thursday raid for normal clear/alts. Any extra time is capped at 30 minutes, if we are close to a kill.
M+ is encouraged, but can be a little clique. There are posts in a M+ discord channel when there's spots, but never hesitate to start your own group and ping the M+ channel.

About You:

Looking to efficiently raid with good players on a light schedule.
WoW's not a job, and it should be fun. But being a part of a raid team is about being part of something bigger than yourself. You're part of a team. Being on time, having good attendance, and being prepared with knowledge of the fights is KEY. Communication and expectation setting are CRUCIAL. We need to be respectful of other people's time.
People unable to (reasonably) keep up with the team, in their role, will be sat from progression raiding until they are able to keep up.
We ask that anyone who is applying be able to attend at a very high rate (over 90%) we certainly understand if something comes up infrequently or out of the blue. We utilize weekly sign up sheets, and I ask that if you can't make it you let me know ahead of time.
You are expected to put your best effort into making sure you understand the fights, your class and role in a fight. Gems, Enchants, Phials, Runes, and other Raiding Supplies are all funded by the guild.
You're expected to put in effort outside of raid, to maximize our collective time, in raid.

I prefer to start with a brief conversation on discord to get to know applicants. If it's a good fit, we invite players to the guild at trial raider rank. After 2-3 weeks, we evaluate the trial and promote to raider rank (authenticator required for promotion). In the rare instance that it is not a good fit (for you or us), we would provide feedback and provide an opportunity to show improvement.
